I used MTS wifi postpaid data card for 2 months - january and february. i was using MTS wifi prepaid data card before this, wwhich was working really well. But the 2 months with the postpaid connection were horrible. I have made complaints atleast 10 times out of which only 3 were recorded. And no action were taken by the company to resolve the issue. The main problem was negligible speed of 0.01mbps which this company claim to be more than 5 mbps. I asked the customer care to disconnect the connection many times but they neglected it by saying the problem will be resolved soon. Even after all this they generated my bill for the 3rd month and refused to disconnect the connection until the bill was paid. I asked them to regenerate the bill according to the usage which was negligible but still they asked for the amount rupees 1124 which I plan for 40gb. But this demand was completely ignored. And this was not enough, i have received the bill for the 4th month as well. And now when I have completely refused to pay the bills for the services which haven't been used, so they are claiming for the legal obligations. This company is horribly fraud, never ever go for this company. Paying the bill is not a big deal, I can pay it anytime but the problem is the company's behaviour. Though I agreed with the terms and conditions before using the services, but that doesn't mean, I am liable to pay for this fraud Was this information helpful? |
