[Resolved] Mts — Complaint not resolved and data card got deactivated

I had registered a complaint regarding speed issue on August 13th. Also, mentioned that I won't be able to pay the month's bill unless the issue is solved(last date for bill pay was Aug-18th). They replied stating it will be resolved in 22 hours.
They planned for a technician visit to my home by Aug-16th. However, no one showed up on that day.
On Aug-18th afternoon I called customer care again and they promised for technician visit on Aug-19th. Neither technician came nor any updates on issue status.
On Aug-19th I sent out a detailed e-mail stating the issue and my pending complaint. In mail also mentioned that I won't be able to pay the month's bill unless the issue is solved.
On Aug-21st got a mail from MTS support stating issue will be solved in 48hrs. No email or updates on the status till today except a message received on Aug-25th stating the issue will be resolved at the earliest.
Meantime (on Aug-25th) they disconnected my data card without letting me know by call or mail.
