Mts — connection not re-activated even after 2 months of request

I have an MTS MBlaze connection bearing number [protected]. which was requested for temporarily deactivation on 13 march 2013. All the payments were done against this data card. I called the customer care again on 1st november 2013 and asked to activate the same they gave me request number 86706. Without even intimating me, the request was closed. then a new request was raised when i called again on 24th november 131804 for the activation and still i haven't got the activation done.
