Mts — DATA CARD NOT CHARGED IN ONLINE AMOUNT GET DEDUCTED FROM BANK

I did MY MTS MBLAZE DATA CARD [protected] Rechanged on 23rd Dec2013with amount of 798-. but the same amount was deducted from My account and Not recharged on My acccount. the same i rasied Compliant to Customer care they told we will resolve in 20 working hours and expected resolution time is 27th Dc 2013. i am using this data card for Connecting to my work purpose but Yetarday i am not able to connect my client Server. so please have look at this Complient and do the justify to me.
