[Resolved] Mts — Defective Handset Deliver Through Flip kart | |||
I had purchased a MTS Mobile set through Flip kart last 16th Sept'14. Invoice No DEL/RET/TOU/14-15/1700. After receiving 15 days later it was seen that max time the set was hanged and when a massage received a non stop ring tone sounding until it was disconnected from its power. I try to search a service center from Internet and when I go that address, it was a miracle max service center left there position 1 or 2 years ago. I call to customer care for such searching but they gave the wrong address and wrong contract no. In this situation I am confused what do I do.
