Mts — Device connectivity problem within 20 days of purchase of MTS wifi dongle | |||
I brought MTS wifi device from maninagar MTS retailer on 11/3/2015, prepaid connection with 3 month validity...within 20 days device had connoctivity error. I contact retailer but not satisfactorily answered. Again and again I visited and finally on 6/4/2015 filed complained regarding device connectivity error. They assured problem will corrected within 12 days but even after 25 days no any person came for that. I frequetly visited their local franchise but they everytime postpone for any reason and till date no any step is taken regarding device error.
