[Resolved] Mts — Extra Monthly Rental asking even after disconnection | |||
I Called customer care & ask for disconnecting my MTS data card as it was very slow. He guaranteed that they have done the request for disconnection. They also said I should pay that months bill. I paid that months bill extra even if i am not using the data card. Still they send other 2 months bill.And now have sent a notice that if i am not paying the bill they are moving legally. Why should i pay something even after the customer care conformed that the connection is discontinued? Why should i pay money for not using? I have mentioned this matter many times still they sent a notice. I need JUSTICE. Was this information helpful? | |||
