[Resolved]  Mts — Fake commitments during purchase of MBLAZE dongle

In june I purchased a MTS dongle(net connector) from gurgaon, which was said to be roaming free but this month i recharge it with 299 and now in kanpur, it is showing the alert of being in roaming and not able to connect to internet.I want to know if it is showing roaming alert, then what is the use of purchasing MTS dongle.And after this when I discuss all these issues to the MTS customer care, they said they can't do anything now i have to make a recharge of atleast 255 more to get it work their and the recharge of 299, which i have made earlier is useless now.So this type of services is providing by MTS, that they are not responsibe for anything, why their sellers use to tell us worng thing while purchase of dongle and after that thay don't know how to treat with their customers.And after that they are saying that its an order of High court to apply roaming..I want to know whether the order is only for MTS dongIe and high court is so free to give all these orders for MTS.And on the other side they used to say that it will work everywhere except east UP(kanpur) and Bihar, so what kind of ordres is this that high court had issued.So if this type of services is provided by the MTS i;ll not gonna purchase anything from MTS.it Just annoyed me, this is just forge, making fool of customers .I want my money back and please take ur dongle back.
