Mts — Forgery, Miscommunication & Dissatisfactory Performance of 3G Data Card.

I have bought a MTS 3G data card about 2 months back. The subject company is released a lot of advertisements on the internet, television, radio about the bandwdith speed and service it provided to its customers. I also bough the data card after coming under this influence, however, soon after purchasing the same, I have realized that the bandwith speed committed by the organisation under 3G plan is 14MBPS, however, the speed delivered by my device is barely 500 KBPS which is way below the expectations. After contacting the customer care I was informed that my place comes under high usage area and the team is working on it and soon the issue would be resolved, however, till date the issue still persists. Their representative has visited my place and tested my device on his laptop the speed issue is still there. The customer support extended by MTS has been atrocious to say the least. There has been no follow up from any senior officer from MTS. MTS is ruthlessly selling its products without thinking even a second about the problems or losses the customer could have to bear due to this behavior of their. I AM DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY MTS SERVICE TO ANYBODY. BUY MTS AT YOUR OWN PERIL.
