I am being harassed by MTS Collection Team regarding my Data Card ([protected]). Following is the issue -
I raised couple of complaints regarding my internet connection. Issue was the frequent disconnection. I contacted customer care team several times with no luck. There was no resolution provided to me. My last complaint (JUNE/14262) which I raised on June 23, 2015 was closed without providing resolution. Same thing was done with earlier complaints. I was told that I was unreachable But I have always picked up their phone. Moreover, Phone is not the only medium to contact. They could have dropped me and email as well.
Frustrated with bad service I was getting, In my last call with customer care, I mentioned that I will not be using this connection if you don't fix the issue in given time frame. And as per my words, I stopped using the data card and never plugged in after that.
Now, I am getting more than ten calls from several difference numbers saying that they are calling on behalf of MTS/Collection Team asking me to pay the bill else they will send someone at my home. They are threatening me.
This behavior is very unprofessional. I always paid my bills on time till the time I received promised service. Now, I won't be paying any pending bill as my complaints went unattended. I wasted my time, money and energy to get it fixed but all in vain. I request you to contact the concerned team to close this issue. I don't use your services. Get the connection disabled and stop contacting me.
I request you to take this matter on priority. I already had a word with my lawyer and If you continue harassing me by any means (threatening calls, legal notices etc) then I will have to file case against you under Indian Contract Act 1872, Consumer Protection Act 1986.
