Mts — Inaccurate data balance deduction

Hi, I'm using this MTS Mblaze for the past 4-5 months & it was fine but this month I got the balance 5gb day & 5gb night, within first 3-4 days I received the message that my 5gb day data has been used, I have no idea how it's been used because I'm using the way I was using it for last 4-5 months. Need to know the reason for this asap. Secondly before sending the reminders for the bill payment kindly check your system whether its been paid or not. It is really irritating to receive message for the bill which already been paid. Regards Chander Mahesh
