MTS India Pvt. Ltd — Bill Payment Receipt | |||
I have paid my MTS data card bill on 17th Jul'15 for the bill period 01-06-15 to 30-06-15 but i didn't get any payment receipt for the same. When i called customer care they denied to sent the receipt saying that they wont send. As I have to submit the receipt to my company and i was getting the bill every month, they told me write a complaint to the customer care. After writing the complaint also there was no response my the team and they stopped attending the calls as well. My MTS number is : [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

MTS service is the worst that I have ever seen. The company which doesn't give receipt, what else can be expected from it? Poor service.
