I purchased a new MTS Dongle with Rs 599 to plan of 5 GB night +5 GB Day high speed 3 g data. when i started using it, it gave high speed for a week and i hardly used about 4 gb of data in the month and was charged Rs 420 on a prorata basis, but it hardly works now. i complained bout thrice for the same issue to customer care but the dongle hardly gives me 2g speed and mostly it wont even connect to the internet. When i complain i get a response that since the number of customers have increased in your area the speed has gone down and it would take 5-6 weeks to get this fixed. and this comment is almost going on for a month now.
I dont understand if the number o[censored]sers increased and they dint have enough support and bandwidth why did they sell so many devices. This month i foresee a bill without any usage. please help getting this company sued for this. this is cheating a customer. Was this information helpful? |
