Mts — internet speed issue

my mts mblaze data card no. [protected]. my name is sukanta roy. I am complaining several times for the speed issue that they are promissed to give but they are not giving the minimum speed most of the tine of a day. I am facing too much difficulties to work with very poor internet speed.I complained severral times to the customer care but they are not showing any responsiblity .my complain no. is jan/18579, jan/16861.

I had register complain to MTS on 17th Jan 2015, but still they does not provide any solution and saying that they are working on the issue.

They were saying that they will provide speed up 9.8MBPS but I got only 0.64MBPS.
