Mts — Issues regarding slow internet speed | |||
Dear Sir/Mam, I am using mts wifi postpaid 999 plan which offers me 40gb. from last few days i am suffering from very low speed issue.when i contacted the customer care they said that in your area this speed issue is going on and our team is trying to resolve but when i asked the time duration i was asked to wait till 4-5 of october. Is this the way of providing service that a user has to suffer till months and you are charging the same amount for that negotiable speed. Sorry but i got really disappointed this time.
