Mts — lost my money

Dear I am user of MTS prepaid mobile from last 6 years. My ph no is 91 [protected] at West Bengal circle.Today (30/04/2015) I am recharge Rs 10 & Rs 27 but automactically activae unused services & lost my money 27/-, when i called customer care and asked about this matter, they said me that it will not be refunded and very miss behave to me & cut the phone call.I am not satisfy MTS services. help me in resolving this problem or i may switch to other network...
