Mts — Misbehaviour of Marketing Person | |||
I am a user of MTS data card. I received a call from an MTS marketing representation towards MTS data card and its services. Although I am an existing user I had shown interest for some attractive plan if any, towards further addition of a new connection apart from existing one. The sales representative called me up on 20/04/2015 from a mobile no [protected] naming Sarmistha. In abscence of thorough knowledge about the different plan & offer she, handed over the phone to another representative. Actively I started the conversation for some new & attractive plan, which the sales representative failed to explain the same and ended saying " For High end Food" you want to pay "Low", and disconnected the line. This behaviour was shocking and untolerable, as to how a sales representative himself calling for selling the product does not convenience the buyer and insults with their own words and manner.
