[Resolved]  Mts — MTS Data Card

Few month back I received a call for MTS data card fromperfect zone vendor which is situated near Rajeev Chowk Gurgaon, he told methat take plan Rupees 1000 and get 20GBDay and 20GB night and speed will be more than 2 MBPS, I have taken this plan afterhis commitment but I didn’t get speed as commit me by MTS, maximum speedgetting 0kbs-500kbs regarding this I called to MTS customer care number hecalled me and resolved this problem and speed was getting 1 mbps-20 mbps butfor only 2 days, after 2 days again same problem happen regarding this calledup 2 times to customer care no and he called me and confirm about the same regardingspeed and resolved without any resolution

I had buyed a MTS Data Card on November 28 th 2014 from dealer.

Data card/ Mobile No.[protected] and Account No. [protected].

I didn’t used data card / data services due to failure of device the same was handover to Service centre (Trident Technologies – Nungambakkam).

Service complaint No# 113870-Nov, 6124-Dec 2014 were raised against this.

It took almost more than 25 days to get repaired one & in mean time we received bill, though i diddnt have used the data card. So, i requested MTS customer cell to resolve this issue they said it will cleared in couple of days. There was no data connection provided for data card & we requested again Customer cell to clear the pending payment.

Waiver request No# 4556083 was made on Jan-2015 to cancel the bill.


For past two months we continuously making follow-ups to clear outstanding / to discontinue the data card & not to send any legal notices further but there is no response from MTS. No proper information was provided & might don’t have proper internal communication also between inter departments. As a customer we made n number calls to customer cell, sales person to disconnect the service but there is no response and further we received next month bill saying total outstanding as Rs. 2067.00

Without any usage of data service how come they demand & send legal notice to customers about pending payments? If they responded in proper way & in time definitely it would have solved a month’s back.


Regarding this, We got a call from MTS customer service team member on date: 17/03/2014 time: between 2pm & 5 pm saying that MTS gonna Waive Off complete pending bill .

I PURCHASED DATA CARD POST PAID CONNECTIONS AND ON 1ST MONTH EVERY THING WENT ON SMOOTH BUT AT THE TIME OF PURCHASING THE CARD SALES EXECUTIVE Mr.AMAN, TOLD THAT I[censored] EXCEED THE LIMIT ALSO UR DATA CARD WILL NOT BE DEACTIVATED TILL DUE DATE IS OVER, BUT AFTER M0NTH GET OVER THEY DIS- ACCTIVATED MY SERVICES AND WHEN I ASKED THE CALL CENTRE PEOPLE THEY TOLD THAT THE CREDIT LIMIT IS ESCEEDED AND THEY TOLD ME TO PAY THE AMOUNT WHICH I PAID. AGAIN THIS CONTINUED IN MY NEXT MONTH WHERE I PAID MY BILL BEFORE IN DATE MY BILL AMOUNT WAS Rs.1200 BUT I PAID Rs.1500 ON 22.04.15 INSPITE MY PAYING MY BILL THEY DISCONNETED ON 23.04.15, WHEN I KEEP CALLING THE CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE THEY TOLD IT IS NOT THERE WORK IT HAS TO BE UPDATED BY BACK END OFFICE. NEARLY I HAVE SPENT Rs. 209 TILL TODAY. STILL THEY HAVE NOT ACCTIVATED. NOW THE NEW STORY HAS NARRATED BY THE CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE THAT I HAVE TO PAY Rs.300 FOR THE CURRENT MONTH BILL. HOW DOES THIS BILL ARISE. WHEN THEY HAVE DIS-ACCTIVATED MY DATA CARD SERVICE FROM 23 0F APRIL TILL TODAY HOW DOES THEY CAN GENERATE THE BILL. WHICH IS THERE FAULT. FROM 25TH OF APRIL TILL 22 OF MAY I KEEP CALLING THE CUSTOMER CARE OFFICE AND I ALSO GIVEN COMPLAINT TO Mr. AMAN EXECUTIVE AND Mr.RIZWAN KHAN AND CUSTOMER CARE OFFICE FOR NEARLY 8 TIMES, Mr. SATISH THIS PEOPLE SPEAK IN VERY URGLY LANGUAGE AND THEY DOES NOT EVEN HAVE MANNERS HOW TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMER IN POLITE WAY AND THEY USE ALL BAD LANGUAGE WHICH IS IRRITATING, THIS GREAT PEOPLE SAY THAT ONCE MTS DATA CARD IS SOLD TO A CUSTOMER THEIR WORK IS END, IF CUSTOMER SUFFER OR DIES THEY ARE NOT BOTHERED THEY SAY THAT BEFORE BUYING YOU SHOULD ENQUIRE AND BUY . I REQUEST PEOPLE NOT TO BUY MTS DATA CARD BECAUSE THEIR SERVICE IS VERY BAD AND THEIR CUSTOMER CARE WILL NOT RESPOND EVEN AFTER GIVING COMPLAINT SEVERAL TIMES, THEY ASK YOU TO KEEP ON HOLD FINALLY THEY DISCONNECT. I HAVE GIVEN COMPLAINT 8 TIMES TO ACCTIVATEMY DATA CARD TILL TODAY NO ONE FROM MTS HAS CALLED TO ME OR RESPONDED TO MY COMPLAINT. IF THEY ARE NOT GOING TO TAKE THIS MATTER AS SERIOUS IAM GOING TO FILE A SUIT IN CONSUMER COURT, WHERE BY THEY HAVE TO PAY ALL MY CHARGES AND FOR ABUSING ME AND MADE ME DEPRESSED AND SO ON.
