Mts — MTS device is not working for more than one month | |||
Hi Team, I have been using the MTS Data card “[protected] “for more than 6 months but before one month it stopped working. I submitted many complaints to MTS but all in vain. Every complaint was closed with the comments “we tried to contact you but could not reach to you” Later on I went the dealer from where I had purchased the data card Device. He personally called the field engineer who called me later on and replaced my Data card with old device which worked for few days and then stopped working again. In order to ensure the problem is not with my machine I used other New MTS device of my colleague that worked fine. Later on I tested my device on other system but that did not work. It is very pathetic and disgusting behavior from MTS that they don’t care for the customers and closed every complaint with the same comments that we could not reach you. My contact No: [protected] [protected] MTS Device No: [protected]. I am still waiting for the positive response from MTS. Meanwhile I am booking the complaint to Consume court.
