Hi Sir/Madam,
I had purchased a dongle from MTS Blaze and found to be not working after usage of five days, i got the dongle without charger from that concern salesperson.either direct plug in and through USB both the way the device malfunctioned. upon activation of the product almost taken one week and however the device malfunctioned after few days of activation.Roughly I used about less than 5 hrs in total and after a while the device suddenly not recognized in my laptop.I called to the customer care and ask about the reason but there is no proper response and they did not even bother to change the dongle. I had payed RS 1000 for the dongle alone and I did not use it as I needed for the purpose.
How come a product malfunction with in 10 days of fault?
and also MTS ask me to pay RS 1800 for the bill, which is not relevant.
Pls kindly help me to get rid of this. I actually went to nearest Mblaze center to seek help, but they ask me to pay the said amount and cancel the account.
How should I bear the cost of not properly utilized the device and the purpose.
honestly speaking I can pay the amount what the hours used for... but, what happened to my RS 1000 for the cost of device, i have the receipt of payment for the device that i'm holding for. why the customer care failed to take initiative to replace the device. they just expect me to pay the bill and cancel the account.
I have not payed the bill stated for. they actually send me the demand legal notice to me.
This is not my attitude to pay the bill, but i want to teach them a lesson of not taking care their customer. in this case they just see the money and not the customer.
kindly help me, how to face this issue further.
