Mts — mts Mblaze cheating customers | |||
My ID : 87109423 . MBlaze.I did a recharge on 14th January on unlimited 20gb morning and night 20gb plan with validity for a month. On 26th january my balance finished and my speed reduced. So i recharged the same plan for 999rupees. They took the money but never credited my balance. They said i need to finish my previous validity before I can use the plan which i recharged on 26th January. But before this i was using it for a year i did the same thing without any problem, i recharge unlimited plan and it finished before my validity, they carry forward my balance, buy now they said cant. They said the plan i recharged on 26january will finish its validity on 24th february but i cannot use my plan which I recharged on 26th January till my 14th January plan finish its validity although its data usage is finished. Then they ask me to do a limited plan recharge for 3gb for 399 on 11th february. Then they never credited again. They take days to resolve. But still havent resolved. Just look at airtel, docomo broadband, they will carry forward unlimited plan. Just as easy, you pay and you get what you pay for it. BUT NOT MTS, THEY TAKE THE MONEY AND NEVER GIVE THE SERVICE. THEY COUNT THE VALIDITY BUT NEVER START THE PLAN. HOW CAN YOU CHEAT STUDENTS? WE ARE NOT EARNING, WE ARE NOT MILLIONAIRE. I WANT BACK MY MONEY. Was this information helpful? | |||
