I purchased a MTS Wi-Fi Data card (No. - [protected]) on 21st of Feb 2015, During the installation of data card, some error was encountered, Starting from 21st of Feb 2015, I logged my complains through MTS Customer Care many times but I didn’t get any support from MTS Technical Team.
Because o[censored]nsupportive approach of MTS, my official assignments/work started suffering. I DO NEED NET CONNECTIVITY FOR MY OFFICIAL PURPOSE so I had to purchase another data card.
As per MTS company policy, a data card can be returned within 15 days of its activation and data consumption should be less than 1 GB.
On Monday, March 02, 2015 01:13 PM, I mailed to [protected]@MTSIndia.in to process return Request against my ‘MTS Wi-Fi Data Card (No. [protected]). As per there acknowledge mail, they supposed to respond me back within 24 working hours but they respond me on Tuesday, March 17, 2015 12:02 PM saying that MTS do not have the provision to refund the amount of the device.
