MTS wifi is recharged on 7th november 2015 for Rs.500/-. When i started checking internet found that MTS is not functioning. Immediately i registered a complaint # nov/33/99 dtd 7th nov. But problem not solved. Again complainted on 11th nov. Complaint # nov/4876 and requested to send somebody to resolve but no response received. 13th nov i got a missed call from [protected]. After 5 minutes i contacted on the number but the phone was switched off. I tried to contact on that number 10 times in 5 minutes intervals but phone was switched off.
Again i regd a complaint on 17th nov complaint # nov/7644. I got the same reply from the executive that Mts representative would be in touch with me. Till date neither your representative visited nor any kind if assistance/support received from your company. I have wasted several days, phone call amount, and lost validity period of 11 days.
WHat kind of servicse MTS is offering to their customers in thiscompetitive world
I need compensation for the losses that i incurred during this period.
If you don't react within a 24 hours, i shall approach the consumer court for justice.
