Updated by ravisoni8500 After keeping lot of phone call finally I was able to discuss with the executive again for this. She again said that the connection has been activated on Sunday (30th March 2014). But the device with (actual MDN) with her. So she will be delivered it today. I am waiting for that day but no one came to replace my broken device.
I don't know why your department telling lie always. I am sharing some of the thing from them you can check all are true or not as i have checked already.:-
Your executive told that this is the last date of this Plan (999 40 GB UL).
Your executive told that the device will be activated on Sunday (30 March 2014) because of that will be our working day.
When i have checked the device and found the cover of that was broken i requested to replace that than they told that they definitely replace that on Sunday. I am still waiting for this.
I have talked on Sunday they told me your connection will start on today without physical verification due to Financial year ending.
After that i have talked many time always she telling me your connection was started on Sunday already and I will replace the device today.
But i did'n receive device yet. I just want to ask that if the connection started on Sunday than who will be paying for this. who will be the responsive for this.
Please have a look at all the above comments and promised by your executive and check which one is true.
Finally I just want to say only one thing as i have already told that i don't need this connection now. If there still activated that than i will not be paying the Bill.
