[Resolved]  Mts — No Service - No Refund

I purchased a new dongle of MTS MBLAZE Ultra WIFI MDN# - [protected] from MTS Delhi. It was activated on 18th Jun'14. However, the speed was pathetic in my area, I registered a complaint for the same on the same day. Complaint number is – Jun/36437 Even MTS technician visited my home to check for the speed on 21st of Jun’14 and they informed me later that my house is out of their coverage area and there is no fix date when the issue would be resolved. They confirmed me that I’m entitled for full refund as MTS is not able to provide me the services. Still, I've not received refund from them, Pathetic people they are. All those people who are issues with MTS, please unite through this post, we would file the case in consumer court consolidated. Request to please support me to fight against such scammers who are selling devices and not providing services and eating up hard earned o[censored]s. Regards, Parvez
