I have taken MTS post paid monthly Rs 999/ plan- connection and it got activated on 11-Jun-2014. From the day one the average speed i got is 20 to 30 kpbs. I made a complaint on 12-Jun-2014 and today is[protected] still it is not resolved. I made repeated follow-up calls to ensure for early resolution. Instead of solving the problem, they were rude in their response. They are making a wrong statement that "they took an appointment to fix the problem" which actually they didn't. When I asked them to clarify the temporarily disconnected the service. While connecting them in customer care, they are keeping the call in hold, disconnecting the call while talking, making false promise for a call back etc// It is a worst service care that I have met ever. The whole episode just gave me an mental agony? As a customer do we have any protection from such rude, insincere, cheap and dishonest service providers ??? Was this information helpful? |
