My MTS number is [protected] Ive recently filed 2 - 3 complaints with MTS for non connectivity and low speed internet with no resolution but just false information. upon asking for a supervisor to talk to, ive been hung up upon several times. i either want this resolved asap along with some sort of concession on my bill if im not able to use the allotted data completely on pro-data basis and if there is still no resolution for the same, i may not be paying for services thereafter and would like my number to be suspended or disconnected permanently.
