[Resolved] Mts — non cooperation by the mts helpline and customer care

i had purchased an MTS MBLAZE ultra wifi on 29 sep 2014. After a few months the same dongle stopped working. i went to the customer care at Bikaner, Veena Customer Care, and after examination they said that the dongle is getting heated. This needs replacement.
The same was deposited with them Job No is VAISCRJ009J755.
Till date the company is not being able to provide me with a replacement. I am speaking daily to the customer care as also to the office at Jaipur.
I have contacted the helpline number also. Till now no response from them also. They are trying to put the blame on one another.
Jaipur is saying that they have dispatched the replacement. The customer care at Bikaner says that they have not received any replacement. Helpline is non committal and say that you have to speak to the customer care only to resolve the issue.
I am facing extreme hardships. I wish one was aware of such response from MTS. I would never have purchased any product.
