Mts — Non functioning of MTS Data Card since purchase

I bought a Pre Paid data card with number [protected] from MTS
This was bought in the first week of January and was activated during the second week. It just worked for a day and from 14th Jan onwards I could not access internet I had been lodging complaints almost every day . Initially they took me through some procedure and it did not work. There after, I was told that some software has to be installed and I was asked to go to a nearby MTS Customer care centre.
We went to a centre at Velachery Chennai and they installed the software and showed it working, But when we reached home, it did not work. I tried in two different laptops and I could not access internet
I kept calling and I kept getting a response that your technical team called me up. I never got any call and even requested details as to what time they made the call.
15 days is too long a period to rectify a defect
