Purchased a MTS dongal on 28 Feb 15 having no [protected] which was having wi-fi problem. Then It was deposited to LAVA Cust Care on 03 Apr 14 for its rectification and replacement, it was replaced and provided to me on 24 Apr 15. I called up to MTS care for consideration of left over data of appx 10-12 GB. But no initiative taken till date.
