Mts — Non-refunding of my deposit amount | |||
In respect of MTS data card No. [protected], i have requested to refund my deposit amount of Rs. 900/-, since the service of the data card is very poor. 2. It may be noted that when i purchased the data, which was activated on 22nd December, 2014, it was guaranteed by the sales executive (Mr. Sandeep -Mob No. [protected]) that if you would not be satisfied by the services within 15 days and requests for refund of deposit amount i.e. Rs. 999, the same would be refunded. Since the service of data card was very poor and the MTS executive did not resolve the issue, i requested to close my connection and refund my deposit amount. 3. Subsequently, the connection was closed on 30 December, which is within 10 days of activation of my data card. 4. Despite my several telephone calls, my outstanding amount of Rs. 999 is yet to be received by me. In addition, company is continuously demand of Rs. 200 from me, which is non-sense. 5.Hence, it is requested to refund my deposit amount of Rs. 999 instead of claiming other charges.
