Respected Sir/Maa'm, I The Time Of Ramzan Our MTS Mobile Stolen from My House! The Stolen Mobile Number is [protected]{West Bengal Circle}.After 2 Days We Submitted A Complain in Nearest Police Station and Also Called MTS Customer Care to Request SIM Block.After Eid-Ul-Fitar I went to MTS Distridutor's Office{Mo-[protected]} and Submitted Original Copy Of Police Diary, Passport Size Photo and Xerox Copy Of My Mother's Adhar Card{Rowsanara Begum, Rabindra Sarani 2nd Lane, Nutanpukur, Bandhgora, Pin-731204}.After Verification, They Gave Me A Replece SIM and Promised My to Activate My Number Within 8hrs.I Paid Rs 100.48 hours Gone SIM Not Activated. Three Days Later Again I Went to Their Office, They Adviced to Call Customer Care to Unblock. In Thease Days I Called Customer Care{155, 198} May Times.They Giving False Oath & Wait for 8hrs.15 Days Were Gone, But No Action Taken... a}Stolen Mobile No- [protected] b}Ducoment of this No- Rowsanara Begum, Rabindra Sarani 2nd Lane, Nutanpukur, Bolpur, Pin-731204 c}Unique Number Printed Back of SIM[protected]M02 d}My Name- Dr. Parvez Basar e}My Email- [protected]@gmail.com f}My No- [protected] Soliciting Your Kind & Rapid Action...
