I have sent an email to MTS all email address on 11 Aug 2015 and told on chat to disconnect my MTS because I am not using that now. I have asked them that Please disconnect my number today. I will not be paying anything for any service after today. Even I have asked to sent the details of the amount till 11 Aug 2015 so that I can pay the amount on-line.
But I guess MTS customer care never check their emails I am not sure they have real email id's :) because I did not receive any response from there. yes call centre guys told that you have to come at the office for disconnection. Why why why ??? If the MTS guys come at my home more than 2-3 time for giving the connection. Why they can't disconnect that on phone or emails.
I am receiving calls from MTS for the payment I can do the payment only if they confirmed that the disconnection was done on 11 Aug and sent the total amount details till 11th Aug 2015. Also please don't call me again and again.
