I bought MTS on 12th Jan.. Card number is [protected]..
I was not able to activate it from my end and I called the customer care and raised complaint..
Till today I haven't got any calls or no body has came to solve the issue. I have called the customer care several times and every time I got a 24 hours deadline..
It's 10 days and the issue is still not solved and nobody has called me yet.
Pathetic customer service.
