I have bought MTS ultra Wifi Post paid connect for Rs 1200 on 1st Mar 2015. I was advised, in case of coverage / speed is poor, if I raise a complaint they will provide the refund. I didn't face any issue for the first month. I have utilised the given 10 GB Day + Night. But from April 7th I didn't get proper speed. most of the time devise not getting connected. I have raised so many complaints but no body looked, they closed everything as Congested area and i won't get speed. for last four days devise is not even connected a single time.
They are asking me to wait for some time, with out mentioning proper date. They won't resolve my complaint, i won't able to connect to internet but they will ask to pay the monthly rental.
Why should i pay the monthly rental when there is no service provided? I have asked this question to customer care representative they are not ready to answer. They asking me to go for disconnection. Then why the hell I paid 1200 for this MTS device?
I don't know how to take this up further.
