MTS is not responding for online complaints and keep on sending a email stating March 18 is last date to pay the balance of amount 558Rs. after that a fine amount of hundred rupees is added. First, I need an answer for this complaint. why I need to pay 658Rs. for the such a worst service provided by the fraud company. I already asked you to stop the service from the 10th day of activation. I also attached a copy of that company bill that sent to me. please look into this issue and stop all kinds of service from MTS.
This complaint is still not finished. still threatening to pay the amount...

I also want to inform you that last week Saturday
(31/1/2015) directly went to MTS center at Ambit
It park in Ambattur(chennai).I requested to cancel
the service. But they comple me to pay 550rs. for
the data usage. I refused to pay the money as the
service given is 25-30kbps speed only. when they
came for the demo at my home they promised me
that the speed will be upto 14.7mbps. Its totally
waste of my money paid to bought the service at
1200rs. Finally they temporarily holded my datacard
service and informed that only after paying the
balance amount 550rs service tax only they will
cancel my datacard service.
