I wanted to cancel my MTS Mblaze post paid connection with number [protected] due to poor signal strength in my area, which cannot be used in my conference calls, and was trying to get this done by contacting the customer care.I repeatedly tried to do this by calling customer care, but i never could talk to the tele caller through the toll free number. Finally, when i delayed that month's bill payment, the customer care representative contacted me for the sake of payment.I told him about the cancellation request and he promised me if i pay the bill amount till that date, they will do the cancellation. I paid bill amount of 1014 rupees but they are not cancelling it Was this information helpful? |
