I have not activated any service in my mobile, but mts service provider charged rs.8 from my mobile number. I need the refund of rs.8 My mobile no is [protected].please register this as complaint. I have all the call and message details.

With reference to your query dated 16/Dec/14 about MTS number [protected] regarding speed issue, we would like to inform you that the account has been permanent disconnected and there is outstanding amount of Rs. 1637. We request you to kindly pay the bill amount.
Post consulting group or 3rd independent party implementation and as per Govt. regulation, w.e.f 10th July'13 customer is eligible for refund only if he request for refund within 24 Hrs of VAS activation. Refund request in rest all cases like VAS service renewal charges or refund request after 24 hrs of VAS activation etc. will not be eligible for refund.
Third Party will not call the customer for renewal of the existing value added services. It is only for checking the authenticity of VAS activation.
