[Resolved] Mts — Rs-444 data plan requires interim payment of 1300 every week. | |||
Dear MTS Ultra Internet connection. I have been using your services from past 4 months using Rs-444 data plan. First bill came to 450Rs and second month it was 550Rs. With the same amount o[censored]sage last month charged me 857Rs, and this month with a very minimum usage they have charges me 2857 Rs with no details o[censored]sage. No bills are sent to me. On what basis you are charging your customers like this. Is your intention only to loot the customers the way you like sending the sms to pay bill for whatever amount you like. Then why the hell you have limited plans for minimum usages. If I am not even using your 1GB of data, why the hell should I pay you 2500 per month for nothing. And there is no record or bill for what you charge us. Your company just send the sms every week saying "you have already used 80% of limit kindly make interim payment of 1357 immediately to continue the services". Why this sms required to be sent, why are you not sending the usage bills on email. when I ask your customer Care person says within 2 minutes I will mail you, which I haven't received even after 20 days.
