Data Card Connection Deactivated

My MTS data card (No. [protected]) connection is deactivated, and the reason is not clear to me.
And also they are not ready to refund my recent recharge amount (Rs. 375). I could use only around Rs. 25 from the recent recharge because they have disconnected my connection just one day after my recharge.

MTS Port is Blocked

I am planning to port my mobile no ([protected]) to other network. Every time I am sending message port [protected] to 1900, it is saying either message can't be send or in case it is sent than message cannot be delivered. Talking to customer care they are saying you wait for next 24 hrs then tell us & things going on same.

Complaint Not Attended

I am using MTS M-Blaze ([protected]) since from last two years and i recharge this number with Rs. 999/= every month since from last two yeras.

My MTS phone was lost on 20.04.12. i made complaint on 21.04.12 at MOTI NAGAR POLICE STATION AND then i deposited all the required documents with SHRI SAI COMMUNICATIONS and i got a duplicate sim card(OMH[protected] M01). from the same through local distributor(MR RAHUL- [protected]).

Message Delivery failure for number porting Out

For the past 5 days I’m following with MTS Customer care for Porting out facility and the customer care is providing with wrong timing. Today is the 5th day I tried sending the SMS to 1900 from my mobile no [protected], but getting delivery failure from my MTS mobile no.

MTS is not even registering a complaint against this issue...

I use a prepaid connection. My last recharge of Rs 999 /- gives me 10 GB usage @ 3.1 MBps and rest @ 114 kbps. Zero Internet Speed

Detect charges of music unlimited without my subscription

Recharged through net banking - debited but not recharged - reg

Sir, I have done a online recharge for Rs.150/- through SBI- Tirupur branch, one line net banking. The amount was debited but the recharge was not done . The date of recharge is[protected]. Pls check it up. The cell phone no. is [protected]. I though the amount will be recredited to my bank account. But so far it was not credited back.
