MNP request not approved

I opted for switching from MTS to Airtel. In this regard I got the porting code on 9/10/11 and applied to airtel retailer on 10/10/2011. Till now (18/10/11) MTS has not deactivated my no with MTS . They called me up thrice and I made it clear that I am no longer willing to take their service. Still they are holding my no and I cant go to Airtel with the same no as long as they choose to do so.

some girl came to our door selling magazine subscriptions. My husband payed 63.00 in cash for 3years of "Shape" magazine. When I got home I was furious and cxled the subscription by having my husband sign the back of the receipt and sending thru the post office back to Mts Circulation. They sent me a letter and said I need a copy of the cxld check. The receipt says it was paid in cash. How do I get my money back from this scam............

SLOWEST INTERNET SERVICE

I Had purchased an MTS data card in vijayanagar area of bangalore on 10/07/2011.While purchasing the vendor had assured me speed o[censored]pto 3.1Mbps and on an average i will get atleast 1 to 1.5Mbps speed.but when i started using i realised that the speed was just 80-120Kbps.When i complained to the MTS service section they said that there is no tower near my place and the problem will be rectified in 20 working...

MBlaze money not refunded

Dear Sir,


I am using MTS Mblaze with No [protected].

On[protected], I recharged the same but after recharge it could not be activated. I called Customer Care and only then I came to know that it was wrongly recharged on the number [protected] which the company's own number.

The executive verified the mistake and asked me to recharge the same again and the money (Rs 999/-) will be refunded...

billing and disconnecting

without any prior notice the service provider is disconnecting our connection
Provider is MTS we are using pulse on 1,500 pm plan
we have two connection, because of their proposal we have disconnected all our other connection.

MTS Pulse 1500 Having Battery Backup Problem

I was so disappointed the MTS PULSE Mobile Phone. Since the time I have bought I was facing the battery backup problem. Battery is so terrible it was hardly 2 to 2.30 hours talk time maximum. USB charger won’t work at all it take more then 4 hour to charge from USB, Processor is so low speed. But the sales peoples saying 4 hours talk time totally wrong. Out Of Service

i have purchase a MTS M Browse Data card on[protected]. it worked for 10 days then it was gone, out of service for 5 days.. i have got that issue that my ID has rejected then i have submitted new ID then it was accepted , now before 4 days it again Our of service.

And i have recharged for 3 Month Unlimited Internet Access.

Now in this month i have submitted my ID 2 Times.

non activation of service

i have taken an MTS poatpaid connection on 25th of june from an agent with full payment of RS.2100/-. But till date i.e 17th of september the connection is not activated. we have made 1000s of phone calls to the agent but the person either do not pick up the call or when pick up always says that it will be activated in 2 or 3 days but its been around 3 months and it is not activated yet.

charge deduction

MTS mobile connection ,although provided at lower call rates,but this company activates VAS on its own and deduct heavy charges .It is very difficult to chase company everytime ,because of scarcity of time.My connection [protected],I have made two complaints SEP/1077&3113 about unauthorise deduction of Rs25 but everytime i get reply that I will get refund in 24 hrs from 4 sept but still I did not get,Now company is saying go any where...

poor speed
