bad download speed on hi speed internet plan

i am a user of mts mblaze 3.1 mbps hi speed datacard. In the beginning of this month, i got a 999 recharge which gives me a so called unlimited usage plan ( actually 10 gb in high speed , and rest at 144 kbps), but since then i have been gettin very bad browsing speed , leave alone download speed.. files of size 700 kb take 10 MINUTES TO DOWNLOAD!! the max download speed i have experienced is 20 kbps. !!! i called up the customer care 10...

Ridiculous policy

I would like to address the issue which i have faced with MTS Mblaze USB internet service. When i had got the dongle for use of internet, i had been specifically told that there would be no charges for website viewing and checking of mails or chatting. I would only be charged on downloads, such as downloading files from the internet MP3, PDF's, etc. I had been told that MTS would charge 198Rs for 250MB of download and it would be valid...

Slow connection and bad customer service

Hi,
It's been one and half month since i have bought an MTS Mblaze connection. Since day one i have experience very slow speed in the connection. After first 2 weeks of slow surfing, the speed came down to 0 kbps. I could use only 3 GB of the 30GB unlimited plan. The worst part is that inspite of numerous complaints, no MTS executive has bothered to fix this problem.

Not just that they do not address your problem...

Deactivated connection after 4 days

I opted for MTS datacard MBLAZE 899 unlimited plan on 27/05/2011. From the start date i am not getting promised 3.1 Mbps. I got on average of 140 Kbps speed. On Tuesday(31/05/2011) i tried to connect the datacard. I got the error message as Server Not Responding. So i contacted the Customer Care, they informed me that my verfication was not completed, because of this they given only Rs.100/- as credit limit for one month, which i have used...

Inactivity of the card and no one is responding

Incomplete information provided to entice purchase

The website and the MTS representative in the MTS shop specify that users who need unlimited upload and download plans can purchase their Rs.999 recharge plan and get unlimited data access for 30 days but do not specify that there is a 12 GB download cap after which the internet speed is limited and reduced to 144 Kbps.

I have paid Rs. 2500 for the data card and the rechare all included and within one week all I get is 144...

fake full of lies rip off

i was an agent in the bussiness.....i enjoyed the concept of going out in the comunitty and getting people to back me for a contest to get a trip anywhere out of the country and a thousand $$$ to get something positive with....i soon found out that the company was full of lies and we were basicly ripping people off...we were told to do what ever it takes to get points but in reality we were getting money for someone other than our selves...its...

Unnecessarily deducting Money

I bought one new mblaze data card last month,from a MTS sales guy who came to my
