mts is cheating customers of internet data card

when taking mts internet data card they say that the speed will be the same throughout the whole month (as subscribed). they say it even after specifically being asked about this issue and when they install the connection and customer start using it they reduce the speed drastically after the usage of 12 GB.

i took the connection of 999 plan (unlimited plan)

Poor Network

My mobile no is [protected] and using this service from the beginning of MTS. The condition of network is very poor here. Only one or two among 6 bars can be seen. Sometimes no network remains for one day or more. Then the Battery goes down quickly and the phone gets hotter. Every customer here Suffers the same and compelled to cancel the service. RIP OFF

My two young boys and husband ordered magazines from a young girl that came to our door claiming to be selling magazines to raise money for a trip to better her education. Network Coverage

MTS Mblaze-Reebok shoe not yet received

I have purchased a mblaze data card [protected] in November 2010 with a Reebok shoe offer, as per MTS conditions I have to receive shoes within ten working days , but I have still not received it and its going to near a 5 months,
Regarding this I have spoken to MTS customer care more than 30 times losing my valuable money, customer care responds very bad and not giving solution for this.

Slowest, dumb device and pathetic customer care service

Hi,

I have bought this device([protected]) almost 8 months back after seeing their ads and promotions. 3.1mbps was the the promised speed. I dont think they even know that they have promised this speed.
It doent even give 10% of the maximum speed.

One more frustrating observation is that, connection becomes dead slow 4-5 days prior to the validity date.
So, I have ended up recharging it 3-4 days...
