Hi this side Neeraj Actually i am getting an issue i.e. my MTS data dont work sometimes in roaming locations and moreover at local areas also for the same i logged complain. two Complain i had logged but both have been closed without any and resolution and feedback moreover there is remark in your data base that i had not any issue complain ids are as follows : oct/1487 and oct/1621 both have been closed without any logical solution and this call closer is done by your technical team. the level of support of customer care executives are less and maximum improvement today i have also logged one complain with complain id OCT/2038 but you see that this will also get closed without any resolution their executives do nothing but make their customers fool.
