MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] — Data speed throttled down before data limit expiry | |||||
My MTS data card number is [protected](Tamil Nadu) and my data speed has been slowed down for last two days. I made a complaint over call with customer care and was given a complaint number 5504. They called me in hours which I was working which they said they wont and so I asked them to call later on. They called later on but didnt respond properly and just dropped the call. Its been only 15 days I bought the device and the billing date is Feb 16. Still I have more than 10 GB left over. Please do the necessary. Was this information helpful? | |||||
