Deactivate my mts post paid plan.my datacard number is [protected].i wrote to customer care 3 days back.i called customer care 3-4 times also and every time they are giving me different options.i just want to cancel it. don't want to waste my money even when am not using it.this November month I have not used and i told customer care people to not to charge for November month and even then I am being charge.kindly cancel my account.Thank you.

I have filed a request to switch my mts postpaid data card connection to prepaid on 30th September and I received a message as your request has been processed but now I have received a bill for October month and new data for the running month is activated. Please resolve this issue asap I don't want to waste my money.
