MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] — Disconnected process | |||
When i purchased they have guaranteed me the speed. But speed was so bad that i was not able to open even google,.com. When complaint was raised, they said i am in congested area and thats the speed limit. So i decided to go for disconnect. They are asking me to pay rs.123 as the processing fee for which they wont send me the bill. To stop a service why should i pay extra rs123? Was this information helpful? | |||
