Sir,

today, I got a call from [protected] on 16/11/2016 and the call was made by a men and lady.

She has called me to know my debit card details. She said this call is for issuing the new ICICI card. She is asking me whether i m using visa card or master card. The call was made by a lady and she said she is speaking from bank of ICICI BANK head office.

I would like to request you the authority to take the necessary action against this caller.
