MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] — Misguided on recharge information | |||||
I have been misguided by customer care on 20 May 2016 at 2:30pm. I was told if I recharge for Rs 45.00 then I will get the following benefits local/std 0.30paisa per min with 60 days validity for this MTS no [protected]. But it didn't happened, now the senior customer care (Nakul Sharma) says there is nothing to do from their end on this following call 21 may 2016 at 12:38pm. I just want my fund back.
