MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] — Mts mblaze.. Very poor service. No network | |||||
VERY VERY POOR SERVICE I had registered a complaint against not getting the network since i had bought this connection 29th December, 2015. I had registered many of complaint But still it is not resolved during much more time. As well as customer executives are not responding well also they had behave with customer just like as beggar, that also I had complaint to the executive of MTS outlet(manoj [protected], MTS OUTLET NEAR ramesh nagar metro station from where i bought my mts connection) but they are also not taking responsibility regarding the complaint or they haven’t a power to resolve the problem. Ultimately the entire customer care is helpless is resulting the poor service of MTS data card. I had not even used it and after that you generating my bill.its not in use since it is activated.i dont want this MTS connection any more.i want to discontinue it.and want a refund against it.Generated bill files are attached here.please find the attachement.
